Endoscopic Brow Lift: Endoscopic brow lifts are almost always 4 incisions and we rarely trim any tissue. This type of lift uses a small camera, which is inserted into the incision with a long-handled instrument to help surgeons perform this surgery with ease. Although less invasive, the endoscopic brow lift still achieves impressive results.

After placing the incisions, Dr. Goldman elevates and repositions the soft tissue of the brow and forehead. Next, the brow is placed in a secure spot, and the excess tissue is trimmed off. Finally, the doctor closes the incision and places the dressing.
